Doctor Visit...

Today I had to take the little guy in to get checked out because he had been congested and coughing. As we left, a dog hair got into his little eye and irritated it very bad. Poor guy had a rash all around his little face and head. His ears, throat, breathing are perfect. The congestion is from his teeth and all the saliva. He is a drooling machine. Both bottom teeth are about half way through now. Conner has yet to get sick and I hope it stays that a way! They did weigh him in at 15.8 lbs, but clothes were on! I was pretty close then :) So we were all clear to still travel to Tampa to see Jeff's family and celebrate nick's 1st birthday :)

5 Months....

Today Conner turns five months old! It has gone by really fast. I weighed and measured him at home, so it's not as accurate. He weighs 15.7 lbs. and is almost 27 inches long. He is growing so fast. He also has his two bottom teeth. He grabs your hands and fingers now and puts them in his mouth and bites! It hurts!! He can roll all over the place and just recently started 'creeping'. He sees something, like Mya or Daisey, and he makes it over to them in no time! They poor puppies have no idea what they are in for :) He is also starting to babble some. He is getting so big so fast and I am enjoying every minute of it :-)

Tonight was pretty scary for me. I let the dogs out before going to bed. For some reason, I went out with them since usually we just let them out alone. I turned around from closing the door, and Daisey was about 2-3 feet away from the water moccasin, which are deadly. I never ran so fast in my life! I scooped Daisey up and yelled for Mya and we ran inside to get Jeff. I was shaking and speechless. Daisey was two seconds away from getting bit by a poisonous snake.

Jeff killed it by chopping its head off. We feel bad, but it almost killed out little Daisey.

Boating fun on Halloween....

Today we went with our good friends Jason & Claudia on our boat. We went downtown to see the crowd for the FL/GA game. It was such a beautiful day too:) There were so many boats. We have never seen this many ever:)

Today I also saw Conner's first tooth cutting through:) Poor thing was in pain.

But he was still smiling ;)

Conner's First Halloween...

After the boat ride, we just hung out at home and handed out candy. It was very hot, so I really just put the outfits on him to take pictures. He is so happy even thought his tooth is bothering him:)

A day at home....

Daisey is confused on why his toy is squeaking like hers do We must work on teaching the both of them which toys are theirs!

Mya just hangs close by in case we need her! Mya actually follows me where ever I go with the baby. In the middle of the night she comes in Conner's room and lays by the chair while I nurse him. I believe they will all be the best of friends!

Now he is getting sleepy rolling all over the place:)

Pumpkin Patch....

Today we went to the Pumpkin Patch. Conner still a little too small to pick out a pumpkin, but he loved looking at them and being outside.

Thought this would be cute, but he wouldn't cooperate:)

DInner...

Tonight we went over Pat & Jenn's house for dinner. She made A yummy pork chop recipe. This is the first time we have hung out with them in 2 months! It was good to see all of them:) Conner & Zachary are only 20 days apart! Conner was just starring at him and Zachary was trying to play with him! It was very cute:)

Four Month Check up...

Today Conner had his 4 month check up. He got 2 shots and screamed, poor thing! He weighs 13 lbs. 14 oz. He is in the 5oth percentile for weight. He is 25 1/2 inches and in the 75th percentile for height. Everything is perfect the Doctor said.

Noah's Game...

Today Conner and I went to see Noah's football game. It was Conner's first! It was a beautiful day too! Noah got his first two touchdowns ever:) He was snuggling with my sister

My poor little man drools so much, he must wear a bib with his sleep outfit! he loves teething rings. He holds them now and just chews:)

The closest airport to the Outer Banks was Norfolk, VA. So we had about 90 mins to the airport. We stopped at a few places on the way.

Sunset Bar & Grille..

We were in NC in the Outer banks. It was so beautiful! We went out to dinner with everyone. The place was on the Inter coastal and had a huge dock to view the sunset. The food was very good too. Here is the outside bar. The view from the end of the dock

Airplane Ride...

Conner did so well on his airplane ride. I nursed him on take off & landing. It did not seem to bother his ears. Daddy showing Conner all the planes. Kisses before take off

Since the plane was really empty, we were able to carry on his carseat and base. He had his own seat!

Connner took about a 30 minute nap both times and then played on our laps the rest of the time.

After dinner, everyone was hanging outside. It ws a little chilly, so I bundled Conner up and put him in the sling. It is very warm in the sling. He passed out and I took him in the hotel room. He stayed asleep holding his sling! So Cute

Baby Cereal....

Tonight we gave Conner a taste of baby cereal. He did very well and wanted more! He keep grabbing my hand and opening his mouth!

He would get a little upset when I would stop to wipe his mouth!

Grandma Nancy...

Tonight is Nancy's last night with us. We are all so very sad she is leaving. She came over and saw her Grandson at least 5 days a week. Conner loved having her around. He fell asleep on her tonight and it was the cutest thing ever! Jeff is really going to miss his mom. We love you Nancy and thanks for everything.

Jumper...

Conner got two bouncers today. Its an early Christmas gift from grandma nancy. He loves them both! While Jeff was at the Jag game, we went to Babies R Us and got him bouncers. we sat on the floor, watched football and put together his bouncers!

The wedding was beautiful! It ended up being a windy and rainy day, so the wedding had to be inside. But it was still just as nice. Brandy made a beautiful bride

The whole reason we went up North for a visit was for my Friend Brandy's wedding. It was in Chesapeake Bay. Here we are at the Resort about to start rehearsing. Angela, Brandy's MOH and best friend. She loved baby Conner

Great Great Aunt Frances & Uncle Karl...

We went to visit my Aunt Fran & Uncle Karl. It was so great to see them. Growing up, they spoiled me rotten! I would live with them in the summer and stay at their home every chance I could get!

We were so very close. I miss them dearly. I wish I lived closer so I could help them.

Uncle Karl is doing well. He just has to take his oxygen with him where ever he goes!

Mr. Bryant....

I was so glad we squeezed in time to visit Mr. B. Bryant is a long friend of my mom's. He was like a father to me growing up. Him and I were very close. He had a stroke last year and we almost lost him. He is now in a wheel chair learning to stand and walk again. He has come so far and I am so glad he is still with us! It is absolutely amazing how far he has came. I love you Mr. B!!!

Visiting my family..

We then left and traveled to MD to stay at Aunt Sharon & Uncle Jimmy's house. We went to my sister's to visit only for a bit since my two nieces were sick. We stayed outside in the driveway since they were sick. I did not want Conner to get sick! My sister Kelli holding Conner, and Zach, Gillian and Ella.
We also had my grandmother come over to my Aunt Sharon's for a visit.

Great-Grandma Salch...

once Jeff woke up, we traveled to his Grandma's house in Seacaucus NJ. You can see the skyline of Manhattan from her porch, it's very pretty. Conner loved Great grandma! He was all smiles

We went to Jeff's Sister and her husbands Dental Practice and got our teeth cleaned. Jeff had 3 cavities! His first ever! We then went and saw there new house they just bought. It's very cute.

Then after the spa, we headed to NJ, so Jeff could meet his brother in Atlantic City for his bachelor party. I dropped Jeff off in AC, then I traveled about an hour to Jeff's mom, Nancy's house in Toms River, NJ. Conner and I stayed there for the night while Jeff stayed in AC. Conner and I played in Nancy's living room while Jeff walked in at 8AM with no sleep! We let him take a few hour nap before we were on the road to his Grandma's house.

We played for a while, and then we went for a walk/jog. It was beautiful out.

Spa Day...

Our trip started out in MD at my friends Brandy's house. We arrived at Brandy's @ 3 AM. It took us 11 1/2 hours, which is really good time! Brandy had a planned spa day with all of her bridesmaids and MOH. Jeff was going to have Conner for the first time! I was a little nervous, but knew he would do fine.

Brandy had a limo take us to the spa. It was awesome. We listened to girl music and drank Mimosas:)

I was cleaning up after dinner and Mya was under the table, where she always is after we eat. So I thought nothing of it. An hour later, she was still there when Jeff got home! Nancy and I pushed our chairs in and she was stuck!! She finally figured it out after we stood there and called her! So Funny!

Tonight we met our friends and went bowling. Jeff and I love to bowl, even though we aren't very good. It was cosmic bowling, meaning black lights and music. We were almost the oldest people in the entire place. It was all kids, but it was still fun. Becky and Claudia

3 months...

Today marks 3 months for my baby boy. So far, he has rolled over twice just today and once last week! He is starting to get the hang of it. Last weekend Conner realized his hands can move his toys. He has been playing non-stop with his toys on his car seat and on his play mat. It is so fun to play with him now and listen to him talk to his toys!

Since he does not have a check up until 4 months, I figured I measure him. He weighs 12.2 lbs and is 25.2 inches long! He has gained 1 1/2 lbs and grew 2 inches in one month! He is getting so big.

Labor Day...

For Conner's first Labor Day, we just hung out at home and cleaned, watched movies, got in our pool and took naps! We also grilled steaks! He wanted his mommy to hold him while I was getting dinner ready, so in the sling he goes!

Daisey got in trouble for playing in the mud! Jeff gave her a shower and then I blow dryed and brushed her.
