another DR visit....

5 AM Conner woke up with a 102.7 fever. I gave him some Motrin and let him come in and snuggle with mama & dada for a bit. Poor guy was so HOT. Around 8 Am he still had a little fever, so I called the DR. He has a viral virus???? Not sure what that really means, but the DR said he may spike a fever over the next few days and just treat it with tylenol/motrin. He weighs 17 lbs 15 oz. He also is not eating/sleeping like normal. My poor little man :(

1st playdate with friends....

Today Conner and I went to a mutual friends house for a play date. There was about 10 moms and their little ones. Ages range from 6 weeks-10 months. It was a lot of fun, and Conner had a blast :)

Cousin Tyler....

Tonight we went out to dinner to see my step-mom and my dad after their trip to Antarctica. They had been gone for 3 1/2 weeks. My Grandmother was also leaning the next day to go back to MD. The entire FL gang was there, minus Jonathan, my step-brother.

Here is Tyler, my oldest nephew whom is 14 and Conner. I remember when Tyler was Conner's age, and I would watch him ALL the time. I never dreamed of him holding my son. It is crazy how they grow and how fast it happens.

This morning Conner woke up and he was screaming Da-Da-da-da ;) Jeff had a smile from ear to ear on his face. I am not really sure if Conner knows what he is saying, but it is very sweet to see Jeff so happy!! Now, we are just working on waving hi & bye and clapping!! He will get it before we know it :)

Here is a new toy from Christmas that we did not put together yet, because he had so many!! It's a house! It's very cute.

Tonight we went over my dad's house to have dinner with my Grandmother. Thought I would take a few pics before going. He was in a pretty good mood. He is clapping here!! we clap with him and say 'YEA' and he smiles and claps, Cute :)

Today we went over my sister's Jen's House so the boys could play for the first time. Zachary, who is 20 days younger, is already on all fours while Conner is still doing the army crawl :)

Conner now has 5 teeth and one more about to break through!! Two on top and four on the bottom. I am not really sure why he is getting his teeth so quickly. It's one after another ;( I want him to get a break from pain in his mouth, poor guy ;-( I guess he is taking after me since I had 13 teeth on my 1st Birthday!!
