A day at home....

Mya just hangs close by in case we need her! Mya actually follows me where ever I go with the baby. In the middle of the night she comes in Conner's room and lays by the chair while I nurse him. I believe they will all be the best of friends!

Now he is getting sleepy rolling all over the place:)

Mya stuck...

I was cleaning up after dinner and Mya was under the table, where she always is after we eat. So I thought nothing of it. An hour later, she was still there when Jeff got home! Nancy and I pushed our chairs in and she was stuck!! She finally figured it out after we stood there and called her! So Funny!

So Ladie like...

I was walking towards the hallway to get little man and there is Mya, with her legs crossed. It was pretty funny. And then she just sat there allowing me to snap a few pictures.

Daisey's new buddy...

Crazy hair! Jeff's neice, Zoe is in FL for the summer. Das and Zoe both had crazy hair! I am so glad the dogs have Zoe to play with them. They love Zoe!

Daisey got butchered....

This is the before picture.....She is hairy and cute Whoa!! Ugly dog! I hate her hair cuts. I think she looks like a rat!

Mya & Lizards....

So, Mya loves going outside. I thought it was because of the fence and that she was no longer tied up with a chain. Well, I am wrong. LIZARDS!! All she does is chase lizards around our fence. If you look very close You can see a lizard on the top of the fence to the left of Mya. It's actually quite amusing to watch! She literally stares at the fence until she sees a lizard, and then she jumps on the fence and barks.

She spoted the lizard! She is insane.

Daisey is Crazy....

Tonight Jeff and I were in the little man's room putting some of his things together. I started to wash his blankets and sheets. Jeff is already playing with his toys! He really likes the crib toy, that must I say is the biggest pain in the butt to hook it to the crib! We put together his bouncer seat that cousin Zoe & Uncle Doug got for him. While we were putting things together, I heard this scratching on the carpet. I knew it was Daisey, but could not find her.........look below

Then I saw this little black nose poking out in between Little Man's crib! Daisey went underneath his crib and was poking out her face at us! It was the funniest thing ever.

She just sat there and let me take the pictures! I have a feeling, Daisey is going to try and steel the spot light from Conner!

Our lifeguard....

We officially have a lifeguard on duty! Mya has found her spot on the pool deck. She can see the pool and over the lake! I believe she loves it, but will love it even more when she can venture off the pavers to go to the bathroom. She will have to wait for the sod.

Bat Dog...

Mya was so tired after we got home from taking her to the field to run around and play catch.
The pool is very stressful for them as well. They have no yard and all these strange people are outside everyday making all this noise.

This is why we call her 'bat dog' her ears stay like that sometimes when she is laying down.

Fat Dog....Is now Skinny Dog....

Mya loves her sock balls my mom sent in the mail yesterday. She loves them so much she fell asleep with one in between her legs!


And Mya went to the Vet and is down to 70 lbs. She has lost 13 lbs. She looks much better now. Any one need our secret? Portion control since August!

Sunday Fun....

Our 'fat dog' is not so fat anymore!! She loves going swimming in our lake behind our house. Today we went and took the dogs for a long walk to our community pool. On our way back, Jeff let Mya go and she chased some ducks into the lake. I thought for sure she was going to get to tired, and need to be rescued, but she did good. It is such good exercise for her.

She is bringing the ball back to Jeff.

Daisey on the other hand, she is a baby. She really wanted that ball, but would barely get her paws wet.

Bath time, that lake is pretty dirty. Mya had such a good time. She loves when Jeff pays her attention!

I walked to the bathroom and when I got back, I found Crazy Das laying in her new favorite spot on our couch with the remote under her paw! It really looked like she was watching TV changing the channel!

Missing her Daddy....

Jeff and I went over our friends house for dinner. Nancy took this picture of Daisey curled up on Jeff's boots. So cute!

Everyone who knows Mya, she gained a lot of weight adjusting to living in a home and not an apartment. She weighed 83 lbs last year. She is now about 74 lbs.

On my birthday, I went out to shop in the morning. I got home and Jeff and Daisey were passed out together on our bed. It was so cute. She loves her daddy so much.

Our puppies...

Mya and Daisey are Jeff and I's life, for right now!! They are the best dogs ever. I am always snapping cute pictures of them. Mya was my dog and Daisey was Jeff's dog when we met. For a while, we both favored our dog, but now, we love them the same!!
