colors....

Our pool light has 14 different colors. It is really cool. Red is Jeff's favorite

All Done....

Our pool is ready!! Jeff turned off the hose around 9:30 PM. We had two hoses going, so it took less time. It is about 10,000 gallons of water. Tomorrow they will come back and turn all the pumps and equipment on. Monday they will put chemicals in it. Another month and they will add the salt. Jeff has a lot of work cut out for him now with landscaping, sod, staining the fence ect. So he will be busy the next few weeks!!

The filling begins....

They arrived here this morning to clean up the pool. Soon after, around 11 AM, they started filling up the pool with water.

Marcite...

Today they are marcite the pool. Its the final touch before the water is put in. It almost looks like they are using spackle. They have these funny looking things on the bottom of their feet so their shoes do not leave marks in the pool.
They will come back tomorrow when it is all dry and pressure wash the inside and then it is time for the water.

It's getting close....

Today I went to the doctors for a visit. My friend Brandy went with me as well. We got to hear his little heart beat, it was 160 and perfect. I have gained a total of 26 lbs, which I am happy with considering it could be worse. The best news ever is, the little guy is head down and ready to go! YEA!! I go back in two weeks.

My friend, Brandy from MD since 9Th grade (11 years, WOW!), came and surprised me for my baby shower. We found some time to play as well! My Daddy let Jeff, Brandy and I take out the boat for a little while. It was a lot of fun. Thanks Brandy, you are the best!!

Happy Mother's Day...

Our lifeguard....

We officially have a lifeguard on duty! Mya has found her spot on the pool deck. She can see the pool and over the lake! I believe she loves it, but will love it even more when she can venture off the pavers to go to the bathroom. She will have to wait for the sod.

So Beautiful....

Our patio deck and fence is done being installed. It looks absolutely amazing!! Our yard actually looks bigger than before.
Mya loves it She looks over the fence out to the lake. Daisey is still a little apprehensive about it all.
The pavers still need to be compacted and sanded. Jeff's guys worked from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM! It is insane how hard they work. Jeff bought them beer and I went to pick them up pizza for dinner.

The patio steps down to the pool and then its all one level.

That is the retaining wall that faces the lake. Its very neat.

Our fence is complete as well. Jeff has to let it sit for a few days and then he can stain it. His plan his to complete the irrigation system this next week and lay Sod and stain the fence next weekend so there is water in the pool for him to cool down! I wish I could help, but I am way too pregnant.

OH MY......A HUGE MESS

Today the paver and fence people worked all day. Our house is an absolute mess. It is very stressful, but will be worth it in the end

The fence is half done and they will come back tomorrow to finish. Jeff is going to stain the fence himself next weekend.

This is the coping around the pool.

Bat Dog...

Mya was so tired after we got home from taking her to the field to run around and play catch.
The pool is very stressful for them as well. They have no yard and all these strange people are outside everyday making all this noise.

This is why we call her 'bat dog' her ears stay like that sometimes when she is laying down.

pavers begin...

Today our pool past the second inspection so Jeff could begin the pavers.

This was our existing back patio. Jeff decided to re-do the entire thing so the pavers would match the new ones. This is what they did today, the step, coping and grout.

That's the grout on the coping before they clean it off the pavers.

Our driveway is half covered with pavers!

This is the truck driver stacking the pavers with his machine.

electrical...

Today the electricians hooked everything up.

This is the automotive system. It will be all controlled by a wireless remote!

This is our pump and other stuff I do not know! It is salt/chlorine generated.

Plumbing...

Yesterday they started to plumb our pool. It looked like a huge mess, again!

The water in the bottom of the pool is from the water table underneath the ground. It smells really bad and looks gross.

This is all our pool equipment and pool heater. The farthest back unit is our AC unit that Jeff moved.

they finished today with all the plumbing. All the dirt is even around the pool ready for the electrical part and pavers. It will be done in no time.

Boating....

After church, My sister Jenn, and her husband Pat, my niece Sofia, Jeff, Daddy and I went out on my Dad's boat on Sunday. It was absolutely beautiful out. It was Sofia first time on the boat that she remembers. She loved it.

Jeff and Pat drinking beer, as usual!

We even saw an alligator in my dad's creek.
It was a blast. We got back to my Dad's dock just in time before it got dark. We saw an owl flying over our boat in the creek. He was beautiful.

Fun at the Beach...

Today we went to Huguenot Beach with our friends Jason and Claudia. We brought the Jet Ski and lots of beer, food and water for me!! It was a lot of fun. We ate burgers, steak, vegetables, chips and salsa.

Jason thinks he has a bigger belly then me!

It was such a beautiful beach day.I loved being in the sun and relaxing. I put SPF 30 & 45 simultaneously. I did not get any
extra sun, except my belly got a little bit.
After the Beach, we went home to get ready and we all went to Downtown Saint Augustine to eat dinner at Columbia's. It was yummy.
