Finishing touches...

Yesterday and today we painted the letters for Little Man's room. It was a task itself, but the end result turned out really well. Each letter had an animal on it somewhere. Of course there is a turtle, and he is my favorite!

We decided to go with three colors that were in his bedding his most. I think we made a good choice. It gives the room some color other than green and brown.

I love it!

Brandy's Wedding...

My friend Brandy wanted to see a picture of her bridesmaid dresses for her Wedding in September. I ordered mine a while ago so I got it first. Here it is Bran, I love it! The colors are perfect together.

Daisey got butchered....

This is the before picture.....She is hairy and cute Whoa!! Ugly dog! I hate her hair cuts. I think she looks like a rat!

Mya & Lizards....

So, Mya loves going outside. I thought it was because of the fence and that she was no longer tied up with a chain. Well, I am wrong. LIZARDS!! All she does is chase lizards around our fence. If you look very close You can see a lizard on the top of the fence to the left of Mya. It's actually quite amusing to watch! She literally stares at the fence until she sees a lizard, and then she jumps on the fence and barks.

She spoted the lizard! She is insane.

Cookout...

Today we had a small get together with a few friends. Jason & Claudia and Stephanie & Sean came over around 5 and we had a little cookout. Obviously, there was a lot of beer drank!

Jeff failed first test.....

Tonight Jeff and I were in Conner's room getting things ready. I decided to show Jeff a diaper and ask him how to put it on.
Jeff took the diaper, tuned it around,& stretched it out.
He then said "the part with the Velcro goes on the front of him, like this."
I chuckled, grabbed the diaper and said "No, it does not Jeffrey."
Jeff grabbed the diaper back saying "Well, I do not think it matters which way you put it on!!"
I am dying laughing at this point grabbing the diaper to show him the proper way.

Needless to say, Jeff failed and got a F on diaper training.

Oh man, do I have my work cut out for me!

Daisey is Crazy....

Tonight Jeff and I were in the little man's room putting some of his things together. I started to wash his blankets and sheets. Jeff is already playing with his toys! He really likes the crib toy, that must I say is the biggest pain in the butt to hook it to the crib! We put together his bouncer seat that cousin Zoe & Uncle Doug got for him. While we were putting things together, I heard this scratching on the carpet. I knew it was Daisey, but could not find her.........look below

Then I saw this little black nose poking out in between Little Man's crib! Daisey went underneath his crib and was poking out her face at us! It was the funniest thing ever.

She just sat there and let me take the pictures! I have a feeling, Daisey is going to try and steel the spot light from Conner!

Baby Shower...

My baby shower was Saturday May 9th @ 1PM. It was everything I thought it would be and more! Thank you Lyndsey, Claudia & Jenn. You three did an amazing job. I loved all the decorations and the food was outstanding.

Conner got so many gifts! thank you to everyone who came.

The cake was yummy, from Publix. Thanks Claudia.

Megan & Nick. Now I have added to my list of nieces and nephews and I love them all! Jeff and I together now have 6 nieces & 5 nephews (1 in the belly still) Our family is still growing.

Sod in the rain...

Jeff started sodding our yard on Saturday. He ran out of sod, and it was too late to buy any. So today, in the pouring rain Jeff was outside laying sod for 3 hours. I felt so bad for him. I kept going out in the garage to see if he needed anything.

He was absolutely filthy! It is all done now, and with all this rain we will not need to water it!

Suns game...

Yesterday, we went to the Jacksonville Sun's game with our friends.The weather was beautiful for us. Although the Suns are not that good, the fireworks after the game were very good! Becky & Grant, Stephanie & Sean and Jeff and I went to this Sports Pub after the Sun's game. Jeff ended up getting really drunk. We had ole-so-much fun with our friends! Jeff said he will never get that drunk again, that is was his last ho-ray before Little Man is here. Jeff did not get out of bed until 12:30 PM, He was very hungover.

Jeff's jumps in...

Mya is totally unsure about the pool. Everyone who knows Mya would think she would jump right in, but we were all wrong. She wants nothing to do with it. Maybe in time she will. Daisey is very curious. She gets real close to the edge and then backs up. She is posing for the camera!

That would be Jeff swimming around. It was his first time in and he said it was awesome.
